O you who believe ! If you keep
your duty to Allah, He will give you discrimination (between right and
wrong) and will rid you of your evil thoughts and deeds, and will
forgive you. Allah is of Infinite Bounty. Al-Anfaal (8):29.
O Mankind! Fear your Lord. Surely
the earthquake of the Hour (of Doom) is a trememdous thing. On the day
when you behold it, every nursing mother will forget her nursing and
every pregnant one will be delivered of her burden, and and you will
see mankind as if they were drunk, yet they will not be drunk, but the
Doom of Allah will be strong (upon them). Al-Hajj (22):1-2.
Every self shall taste death. And
surely you will be paid on the Day of Resurrection only what you have
earned. Whoever is removed from the Fire and is made to enter Paradise
is indeed successful. The life of this world is only an illusory
comfort. Aali ‘Imran (3):185.
You will not attain righteousness
until you give of that which you love. Aali ‘Imran 30:92.

Ramadhan, Shawwal, Dhul-Qi'dah, and Dhul-Hijjah. The timing of the
